Katelin Bates is a portrait photographer located in Long Beach, California. While photographing, she loves to really connect with her subjects in order to tell the story well. With a focus on environmental portraits, she finds importance in photographing each person as who they authentically are within their own space. She believes that there is always more to photography and more to learn about how to connect with both subjects and viewers. This is something that Katelin values highly and is actively pursuing.

When not shooting, she loves to spend time with friends and family, and can be found at the beach, local coffee shops, or in mostly any outdoor setting getting some fresh air.
